FAQ's

Rubber Kaolin — Common Questions

Finely ground kaolin improves tensile strength, tear resistance and abrasion resistance in rubber compounds while offering a cost-effective partial replacement for higher-cost reinforcing fillers.

Our finer particle size grades (D50 2–3 microns, low moisture) are recommended for tyre and retreading compounds where uniform dispersion and abrasion resistance are critical.

We supply in 25 kg and 50 kg HDPE bags, 1-tonne jumbo (FIBC) bags, and bulk container loading for larger rubber compounding plants.
