FAQ's

Cable & Wire Kaolin — Common Questions

Calcined kaolin has very low conductivity and moisture pickup, so it improves electrical insulation resistance while acting as a functional filler in PVC and XLPE cable compounds.

Our SS-CW 400 and SS-CW 500 grades, with tighter particle size control and low iron content, are recommended for XLPE and high-voltage cable compounds requiring maximum dielectric performance.

We supply in 25 kg and 50 kg HDPE bags, 1-tonne jumbo (FIBC) bags, and bulk container loading for large-scale cable and wire compounding plants.
